Contact Dermatitis (Irritant or Allergic Vulvitis)

Are there any other changes that I can make in my daily activities that would help treat contact dermatitis?

Wear white 100% cotton underwear and loose-fitting pants or skirts and do not wear underwear at night. Tight-fitting clothes may also increase your symptoms of discomfort. Do not wear pantyhose (wear thigh high or knee high hose instead). Remove wet bathing suit and exercise clothing promptly. Use only hypoallergenic detergents and do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets on your underwear and the towel with which you wipe yourself.  Use soft, white, unscented toilet paper.
